Place Value Kit

This kit contains manipulatives for teaching whole and rational numbers, money, and the concept of base 10. It includes a specially designed board and sheet as well as colored chips and play money. The kit is an essential part of the program. It is used in the last half of Level One and all subsequent levels. Make sure that each student has access to one.
